Not sure about Pineland, but the trout and snook have been really active at the north end of the island. A couple of evenings ago two guys were fishing near the pier and slamming snook. The snook were all around 2 feet long, but had thick bodies. The trout looked to be in the 12-14 inch range, but again were solid looking fish. The water has been the cleanest I've seen it in more than a month.

Also, there have been some tarpon in Jug Creek. I don't know of anyone who's hooked any, though. They appear to be between 3 and 4 feet long (just a guess about that, based on what I can see when they roll).

No sign of redfish lately.

Just passing that along FYI.
