Hi All,

Heading down for a week (13th-17th), planning to fish Estero and Rookery. Open to invites or advice if you want.

I've seen many videos for pre-made vs homemade baitfish chum. Curious to know if anybody has a preference and a recipe or product recommendation. As I'm not familiar with the areas, I'm looking to draw baitfish to me versus going to that spot you all can depend on. If you want to share those bait spots... jeff.sysa@gmail.com.

Thanks,

Jeff

Go to Publix and cans of jackerel (canned Mackerel)I mix it with oatmeal and a little sand works for me for pinfish the mackerel has oil already oatmeal pinfish like and the sand ads a cloudy look to it so when I throw my castnet they do not see it coming and I usually chum for about 15 minutes before I throw my cast net works for me because can do small quantities instead of cutting a frozen chum block just freeze small amounts of mixture

THanks... Already left town but will try the next time because I had no success finding or attracting with the stuff I bought from ERO. Plus my cast nettig from a kayak really needs practice.
