Black tip shark filets or steaks. Marinated in butter milk for 6 to 8 hours. Put on hickory planks, add lemon juice, salt and pepper, blackened redfish magic (or whatever seasoning you prefer) also a little garlic salt, if you like a buttery taste add alittle on. To keep the planks moist, I like to pour a little beer on them, and its an excuse to have a beer while cooking. Cook on grill for around 20 to 25 minutes on med to med/high flame, remember to flip the meat occasionally. Remove from grill. Quick and easy shark dinner!

Need to catch one first, usually there is plenty to go around! That may be the next member get together/picnic!

I'll make some a ship it to ya Ryan! And keep if up Bob, no beer for you and shark 2 weeks

But seriously, if I ever get over this flu and can get out a catch one, would love to have a few over for a cook out at bobs house. Fresh eggs too! We can bill it as his quitters retirement party.

Actually Ryan, the retirement was force on rumors that he launched early at a classics tourney. Dishonorable discharge!
