Anyone been out of matlacha park last few days. I want to go tomorrow morning but wanted to find out conditions. Fish? algae? etc.
Thanks for any insight.

You shouldn't have any algae, either north or south of the bridge. Down by the south end near the mouth of the Caloosahatchee, is another story. Red Tide is staying clear of the pass north into Charlotte Harbor.

Great. I'll be hanging within a few miles of the bridge. Of course, work is now dictating that i may have to change my days. :)

Was out Sunday AM. Water was very clear and colored with the usual seasonal tanins. Lots of healthy fish, a feeding porpoise. No dead fish at all. Only one snook but a nice day. GC Kayak says no red tide at all.
