Flew in at 1:00 and headed out fishing around 2:30. I went north and started fishing the mangroves with the incoming high tide. Had a fun afternoon/evening. I managed 8 reds all in the 20"-25" range and 2 small snook all on the ZMan paddlerZ in white. All the fish were pretty tight to the mangrove points. As I headed home I ran into a large school of feeding fish. I peddled over and saw a bunch of fins and assumed it was a large school of sharks. I fished to them until dark only managing one 22" trout and a 23" red. Finally I hooked into one and after a short fight landed a 3 foot ray snagged in the wing. Guess they were all rays in a feeding frenzy.
